Investment

Therapy is an investment in yourself, and we’ve worked passionately to create a more equitable practice that asks, “How can we help?” Mental health care shouldn’t be postponed or out of reach because of cost—especially when it can protect your mental and physical well-being or even save a life. If you feel that the full fee is a barrier, let’s talk about how we can support you. You can learn more below.

Our services are delivered exclusively online to residents of California, Florida, and Texas. Psychotherapy is provided by Nastasia Freeman, Licensed Psychotherapist.

Individual Therapy (18+)

$200 | 50 Minutes

$300 | 90 minutes (extended session)

Your therapy journey often involves exploring your past to better understand your present. Together, you and your therapist will identify themes that might be holding you back and work to heal those wounds. You’ll develop healthier perspectives and coping skills to manage current stressors and move toward your full potential.

Individual Trauma Therapy (18+)

$200 | 50 Minutes

$300 | 90 minutes (extended session)

Trauma affects everyone differently, making it one of the most complex experiences to navigate. Our therapist is highly trained in trauma, including domestic violence, abuse, gun violence, combat, and psychological trauma, and brings personal healing experience to the work. Therapy can help you move beyond sadness, fear, shame, and anger—emotions common after trauma.

Because trauma often disrupts emotional processing, you might find it hard to express your feelings or connect your past experiences with your current thoughts and behaviors. Therapy helps uncover, examine, and heal these connections. Just as trauma changes the brain, healing does, too.

couples Therapy (18+)

$200 | 50 Minutes

$300 | 90 minutes (extended session)

Couples therapy helps resolve stress and conflicts between partners. Using approaches like Emotionally Focused, Gottman, and attachment therapy techniques, we work to rebuild emotional bonds, improve communication, intimacy, respect, and empathy, and remove barriers to resolving conflict. We are an inclusive practice and proudly support LGBTQ+ partnerships.

Note: Relationship therapy is not recommended when domestic violence is present. If you are experiencing domestic violence, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline 24/7 for help.

Couples Trauma Therapy (18+)

$200 | 50 Minutes

$300 | 90 minutes (extended session)

Past trauma can deeply affect how partners relate and communicate today. Whether it stems from childhood experiences, prior relationships, military service, or other difficult events, trauma often influences complex emotional responses, making it hard to feel safe and understood in a relationship. Trauma therapy helps couples recognize how trauma “bleeds” into present interactions, creating triggers and misunderstandings. Using a trauma-informed approach with evidence-based techniques, we guide partners in navigating these challenges together—building security, improving communication, and fostering healing in the relationship.

Notice: Relationship trauma therapy is not recommended nor appropriate when domestic violence is present. If you are dealing with domestic violence, please call the national domestic violence hotline 24/7. Help is available.

Reduced Fees

INTENTIONAL
Our approach to therapy—and everything we do—is deeply intentional. We believe that as a collective, we can no longer ignore one of the biggest barriers to mental health care: financial inaccessibility.

STATISTICS
In 2023, Loma Linda University Health reported that 5,566,000 adults in California have been diagnosed with a mental illness. Of those, 1,562,000 did not receive needed care due to cost. Additionally, CBS8 reported that San Diego jails are now the largest mental health provider in the region. These statistics are devastating and unacceptable. This is why we offer reduced fees to those experiencing financial hardship. We want to help the collective, fill the gap, and be part of the solution.

COLLABORATION
We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure therapy remains accessible throughout their care. We build relationships without involving third-party decision-makers, like insurance companies. This is why we do not accept insurance and instead use a reduced fee model for those who qualify.

FLEXIBILITY
We have a standard rate, but we also offer reduced rates based on individual circumstances.

CONSULTATION
Our reduced fee is determined through a simple, human-to-human conversation during the initial consultation. We understand that discussing finances can feel uncomfortable, especially when asking for a fee reduction. But this conversation is encouraged—it reflects our values and ethics and exemplifies how we invest in and honor the collective humanity.

INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCE
We can’t provide effective mental health care without considering the whole person, including their financial ability to access and continue care. Mental health is complex, and so are the individual circumstances that shape it.

THE WHOLE PERSON
Limiting services only to those who can pay the full fee doesn’t sit well with us. People’s worth isn’t tied to how much they pay. When designing Hello Healed®, we intentionally looked through the lens of the whole person to identify gaps—and created ways to close them. Our model allows for flexibility because life changes, and we want to support our clients through those changes.

HOW CAN WE HELP?
We have passionately worked to build a more equitable practice that asks, “How can we help?” Mental healthcare should be accessible to all. You shouldn’t have to postpone care that can protect your mental or physical health—or save your life—because of cost. If you feel unable to pay the full fee, let’s have a conversation about how we can support you.

Book a complimentary 15-minute initial consultation to learn more.

Disclaimer: Reduced fees are limited and not guaranteed. Reduced fee clients are seen for 3 months, after which we review treatment progress and discuss potential fee adjustments.
