We’re Committed to Being Part of the Solution

We asked, “How can we help?” The answer was consistent—people needed an online space, at no cost, to process trauma, gain perspective, and feel less alone in the aftermath.

Here’s How We Delivered

Our free online support groups are designed for anyone navigating the weight of trauma, whether as an individual or as a couple working to heal together.

These groups provide a space to feel supported, understood, and less alone in the process. Led by trained facilitators who understand the impact of trauma, the support groups offer opportunities for shared reflection, honest dialogue, and mutual support. You’ll gain validation, perspective, and encouragement while connecting with others who are walking similar paths. These groups are not about fixing. They are about feeling. Healing does not have to happen in isolation.

A Safe and Supportive Space
Our trauma support groups create an environment where you can show up as your full, authentic self—free from judgment and surrounded by understanding. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and representation are not just values; they are the foundation of how we hold space for every voice and every story. You are seen, heard, and respected. You can speak your truth (your pain, perspective, or journey), and know it will be met with empathy and understanding. These groups offer a meaningful space for reflection, empowerment, and showing up as you are.

Group Facilitators
When you join a group, you are met by a trained facilitator who has shared experience and understands the impact of trauma in a way that invites connection rather than explanation. This approach creates a safer, more open, and human space where participants can truly engage and be supported.
